You may use Docly's tools for personal and commercial purposes, for example to create invoices for your business. You agree not to:

• copy, resell, or redistribute the website or its code as your own product
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website
• use automated means to scrape or abuse the service
• use the tools for unlawful purposes

3. Information only, not professional advice

The calculators and generators on Docly, including the loan, VAT and sales tax, percentage, BMI and age tools, give estimates for general information. They are not financial, tax, legal or medical advice. Tax rates, regulations and health guidance change and differ by country, so check results with official sources or a qualified professional before relying on them.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of any document you create, including invoices and resumes.

4. Your content

Content you enter into the tools is processed in your browser and remains yours. We do not receive it. You are responsible for keeping your own copies, because data entered in a tool may be lost if you close or refresh the page.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Docly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Docly and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Third-party services and advertising

The website may display third-party advertising and load third-party code. We are not responsible for third-party content or services. See our Privacy Policy for how cookies and advertising work.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or change, suspend or remove any tool at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
